I’ve had a natural eye for structure and a strong sense of how things should work since I was a child. I’ve been organizing, streamlining, and building systems for as long as I can remember.

Over the years, I’ve worked in leadership, college admissions, customer service, counseling, and administration. Each role gave me a deeper understanding of what helps organizations run well—and where they often fall apart. No matter the job, I ended up improving the systems and finding better ways to get things done. In 2018, I turned that into a consulting practice.

I came to faith as a teenager and that foundation has shaped how I see work, purpose, and responsibility. I earned a Master’s in Theological Studies in 2013 and currently serve as a facilitator of a Faith Driven Entrepreneur group, where I help entrepreneurs integrate their faith into their work. My faith informs how I lead and serve the leaders I work with.
